Welcome to Unionsleep ("we", "us", "our"). Unionsleep is a store operated by Bullian Nutrition LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unionsleep.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is charged when your order is placed. Charges from us appear on your statement as UNIONSLEEP.
We make every effort to display prices accurately. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund of any amount charged.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where the order violates these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a refund of the amount charged.

Shipping timelines, costs and carrier information are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

7. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bullianbrands.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content by automated means, or to resell our products without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, video, logos, brand names and design — is owned by Bullian Nutrition LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law.
