Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, no matter how many items you buy. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. It can take up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.
If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email info@bullianbrands.com and we will check on it.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or shows delivery to an address you did not receive, contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update. We open a carrier investigation and either resend or refund your order — see our Refund & Return Policy.
Split shipments
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, with separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost to you.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by the destination state and is shown before you pay.
